Mathieu MARTIN

Mathieu MARTIN, along with Yves BISMUTH, runs the department of Intellectual Property, Information and communication technologies.

Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Intellectual Rights from the institute of business law of Aix-Marseille III, He assists our clients concerning litigious cases or advising them in these areas of intervention.

Counselling local authorities for their technological projects, he acts to set up their electronic communication networks and implement conventions with telephone companies.

He also intervenes in the field of technical advice and litigations that are linked with computer technology infrastructures and information systems, as a Counsellor for French or international software companies and client companies.

His technical competence and experience allow him to assist his clients in a strategic way when writing and negotiating contracts that are highly technological, in case of legal computing report of experts and to establish and evaluate their prejudice

Electronic communication leads him to counsel his clients with e-business, management and protection of personal data and when writing rules and regulations to use an information system.

He acts on all problems related to individuals’ rights and freedom rights.

Mathieu MARTIN teaches computer contracts law at l'Université Lumière LYON 2 (Professional MA II in Industrial esthetics law and design law).
